Two halves of an English muffin, poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and Hollandaise sauce make for a savory fusion of flavor that will jump-start your day on the right foot!

 

Many who are new to the infamous Eggs Benedict always ask the question: What is Hollandaise sauce, exactly?  Well, it is a rich and buttery combination of egg yolk and liquid butter that is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and either white or cayenne pepper! It has a mild but tangy flavor that adds just the right amount of kick to your eggs.

Bread Pudding: Food for the Soul

Bread pudding is a dessert that is often associated with secret recipes and warm family gatherings. It is a delectable combination of bread and ingredients such as milk, eggs, suet, syrup or sugar, and spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, which is then baked to brown perfection. An ingredient we love to add is Grand Marnier, which is an orange-flavored blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar!

The idea of bread pudding is so strange yet… so enticing! Our fan-favorite Bread Pudding is a delicious way to end any meal and (just to warn you!) it’ll keep you craving more. Made of slowly baked French bread and raisins mixed with Grand Marnier flavored cream custard, sweet cream Grand Marnier sauce, cocoa, and topped with raspberries… it’s too good to resist!
