Sunday Brunch: Eggs Benedict



A classic American breakfast we love to share at our Sunday Brunches at Copper Canyon Grill Silver Spring is the one and only Eggs Benedict. Two halves of an English muffin, poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and Hollandaise sauce make for a savory fusion of flavor that will jump-start your day on the right foot!


Many who are new to the infamous Eggs Benedict always ask the question: What is Hollandaise sauce, exactly?  Well, it is a rich and buttery combination of egg yolk and liquid butter that is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and either white or cayenne pepper! It has a mild but tangy flavor that adds just the right amount of kick to your eggs.
