Our own Chef Anthony has crafted a special three course menu for the evening to pair with Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey.
The first course will be a Caprese Napoleon, with fresh red & yellow tomatoes, flavorful burrata mozzarella, tossed arugula and finished off with a white balsamic and rye whiskey glaze.
The main course will feature a Grilled Local Rockfish served with a savory cauliflower puree, seared market-fresh asparagus and macerated berries to complete the plate.
Finishing off the night will be a sweet Butterscotch Flan paired with ripe blackberries and topped with caramel.
