We love keeping our menus as fresh and exciting as the ingredients we use. That’s why, from time to time, we add new dishes to our beloved menus. Most recently, we added a couple of items to the lunch and dinner menus of Stanford Grill in Rockville.
Even though our specialties are meat based, see our Rotisserie Chicken and Danish Barbeque Ribs, we love having options for everyone at our restaurants. So, having our vegetarian friends in mind, we developed, tested, and perfected some extra dishes for them and for anyone who wants to add more vegetables into their diet!
We introduced a Hummus starter that you can order spicy or regular and a Veggie Club Sandwich. This last one has quick pickled onions, French Feta, Avocado, Persian Cucumber, and arugula, on a house-baked brioche baguette, and topped with mayonnaise. It comes with a side of French fries.

It’s time to start planning for Thanksgiving Day! This year, Copper Canyon Grill in Silver Spring will be open for the holiday, so feel free to start making your reservations to give thanks with us from 11 am – 9 pm. The rest of our Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill locations will be closed but will have a holiday to-go menu available until January 1, 2018. It is the easiest way to spend the holidays at home with family and friends without having to spend hours in the kitchen cooking a feast for your guests. The menu includes classic dishes, sides, and desserts that the entire family will surely love.
Our holiday menu will have classic dishes alongside Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill favorites. From the traditional turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce to our flavorful roasted chicken, cornbread, and bread pudding both taste buds and spirits will be merry and bright after tasting the flavors we put together for the season. Tomorrow is Desserts Day! Isn’t that sweet? One of the elements of our menu that people love and come back for are our decadent and shareable desserts. They are the perfect treat after a great meal or to add a candle to for a birthday celebration. Pick your own and take leftovers home or order several spoons to share with the entire table. No matter how you decide to enjoy our sought-after desserts, we are sure you’ll make plans to come back for more.
Our desserts are available during both our lunch and dinner menus. You can order seasonal ice cream and sorbets, ice cream sundaes, Key Lime Pie, Bread Pudding, our Chocolate Uprising, and a rotating featured dessert. Customers love our Chocolate Uprising and Bread Pudding. Also, whenever we feature a cheesecake, customers can’t get enough of them! Luckily, for the fall season, we have a Pumpkin Cheesecake made with pumpkin purée, allspice, ground cinnamon and ginger available at the Stanford Grill in Columbia.

Today is Noodle Day and the perfect excuse to join us for lunch or dinner to devour our flavorful Rattlesnake Pasta. This dish, favored by many, is a combination of our fresh rotisserie chicken with garlic, tri bell peppers, mushrooms and lime juice tossed with linguini pasta in a cajun alfredo sauce. It is finished off with smoked mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro.
In the mood for more traditional comfort noodles? Order our appetizing Chicken Parmesan made with a hand breaded, pan-fried chicken breast topped with homemade marinara and smoked mozzarella on a bed of linguini pasta and sautéed spinach. This dish is available on our dinner menu.
And now that we are talking pasta dishes… there are other options you can order for yourself or for sharing on our menus. If you love cheese and mushrooms or you are looking for a vegetarian-friendly dish, have our kitchen prepare you our Mushroom Ravioli during lunch time. These pockets of goodness are stuffed with porcini, cremini, and shitake mushrooms, plus mozzarella and romano cheeses. Then, they are topped with wilted spinach, portabella mushrooms, and roasted cherry tomatoes in a porcini cream sauce.
If you are looking for a smaller portion or side of pasta, we suggest having our very delicious and ooey-gooey bacon mac and cheese or lobster mac and cheese. So many options, no?!
