Thank You for a Successful 2017!

This Sunday we will be gathering with friends and family to bid farewell to 2017 and welcome 2018 filled with hope, excitement, and surrounded by love. Before the year officially ends, we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your patronage throughout this year. We are happy and honored to have you as our customer.

Thank you for all the special occasions you celebrated with us. We are humbled to be part of so many relationships taking time out of the chaos of life to sit down with one of our cocktails and dishes to catch up and make new memories with us as the backdrop. Thank you for sharing your pictures, check-ins, reviews, and favorite dishes with us. We can’t wait to create even more special treats for you in the new year!

We are also excited and looking forward to adding a new concept to our family of restaurants, Stanford Kitchen, in the new year. Our family is growing and we can’t wait to share more once we open our doors in Owing Mills, MD. May 2018 be a year filled with growth, love, success, and much happiness to you all. We hope to see you again in the new year!

New Year’s Eve 2017 Plans

In just 9 days we will be saying goodbye to 2017 and we will be welcoming a brand new year. We are very excited to welcome 2018 and everything it will bring with it, including the awaited opening of our new concept restaurant, Stanford Kitchen, in Owing Mills. Most of our restaurants will operate during regular business hours for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. However, Copper Canyon Grill in Silver Spring and Stanford Grill in Rockville will have extended hours to celebrate.

Copper Canyon Grill in Silver Spring will be open until 12:30 am on New Year’s Eve. However, the kitchen will close at 10 pm. The celebration will start at that time in the bar area with bar bites and cocktail specials until closing time. We will have party hats and favors to get in a festive spirit. Then, on New Year’s Day, doors will reopen at 11 am for New Year’s Day brunch. Stanford Grill Rockville will offer extended hours on New Year’s Eve until 10 pm. Where you’ll have an extra hour to enjoy your last dinner in the year 2017 before celebrating with friends and family.

Our holiday menu is filled with delicious classic American dishes, sides, and desserts that everyone will enjoy. You are able to order a full meal that includes a full turkey or 2 roasted chickens alongside 3 sides, cornbread, gravy, and cranberry sauce that feeds a family of four. Or you can order the various items individually from the a la carte menu to complement whatever else you have already at home. Order items like mashed potatoes, bacon macaroni and cheese, and bread pudding with Grand Marnier sauce.

New Seasonal Cocktails to Try!

Today is December (let’s hear it for the last month of 2017!), Bartender Appreciation Day, and a Friday! Between a new month, the holiday season officially upon us, and celebrating our knowledgeable bartenders we can only think of one way to get festive. Join us for cocktails and bar bites at one of our various Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill locations!

We have great handcrafted cocktails that have become the favorite of many, like our delicious Peartini. However, our Bartenders have gotten creative and developed awesome seasonal cocktails to keep things new and exciting at the bar. Take a look at some of the new additions by location below.

Stanford Grill Rockville presents The White Cosmo! A light and refreshing take on a classic made with white cranberry juice shaken with Absolut Citron, Triple Sec, and a splash of our housemade sour mix.

Copper Canyon Grill Silver Spring introduces the Pumpkin Spice Martini! A seasonally classic flavor, this cocktail is prepared with Captain Morgan rum, Bailey’s, pumpkin spice liqueur, and garnished with a tempting caramel rim.

Copper Canyon Grill Glenarden is offering a Cinnamon Roll Martini! Warm your festive heart with this concoction made with Jack Daniel’s Honey, Rumchata, creme de coco white, and garnished with a cream and cinnamon rim and a cinnamon stick.

We invite you to stop by the bar this weekend to try these new creations. Our bartenders may have a couple of other new cocktails available, so don’t forget to ask! We look forward to having you over and trying our festive cocktails.
