Cheese Lovers Dishes

Gooey, savory, put-it-on-everything cheese. Who isn’t a fan? We definitely are! So, it comes as no surprise, that we are super excited to celebrate our love for this ingredient tomorrow on Cheese Lovers Day. If you can’t seem to live one day without cheese count yourself as a cheese lover and make plans to celebrate with friends and family at one of our restaurants. Once comfortably seated, proceed and order one of these cheesy dishes we can’t get enough of.

Appetizer: Spinach Artichoke Dip

This dip might be named after the veggies in it, but everyone who loves it knows it’s a great way to have your cheese without judgment.

Entrée: The Stanford Cheeseburger

Like its name implies, it’s a burger topped with cheese. However, is topped with not only one, but with two types of cheeses. Bite into this hardwood grilled Angus beef patty topped with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses.

Side: Bacon (or Lobster!) Mac and Cheese

This classic pasta dish is well-known for being the perfect vehicle for piles and piles of delicious and savory cheese. Enjoy one as a side or even as a main with a salad!

Dessert: Cheesecake

The winter season has arrived! Bringing with it cold days, even colder nights, snow, and the need to keep warm and cozy. The perfect way to warm both your belly and your soul? With tasty food, of course!

Our restaurants offer great menu selections of classic and comforting dishes that’ll do just that. No matter if you are paying us a visit at any of our Copper Canyon Grill or Stanford Grill locations, or calling and placing an order for pick-up to enjoy from the comfort of your home, we wanted to share our favorite dishes that are perfect to enjoy during the cold months ahead.

Spinach Artichoke Dip: Get your veggies in while finding comfort in the gooey cheese that makes the base of this dip loved by so many. The added crunch of the chips is a nice bonus.

Bacon or Lobster Mac and Cheese: Talking about cheese…  there is nothing more comforting than this childhood staple enhanced with tasty pieces of bacon or lobster to make it even more satisfying.

Chicken Pot Pie: A homemade warm and flaky crust stuffed with our slow-roasted rotisserie chicken pieces and potatoes will take you back to winters at grandma’s house.
