For the meat eaters at the table, we suggest our Hickory Grilled Tenderloin Filet. This 9 oz. Tenderloin steak with a Gorgonzola Bleu Cheese and Cabernet Sauce is served with redskin mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. It is best enjoyed with the Starmont Cabernet Sauvignon.
Prefer seafood or are you a Pescatarian? Try the Eastern Shore Style Crab Cakes. A half pound of a jumbo lump in two cakes seared to a golden brown. Served with a Dijon Mustard sauce, French Fries, and coleslaw. Its perfect companion is the Patz & Hall Chardonnay.
