Our specialties are our flavorful Rotisserie Chicken and those fall-off-the-bone Danish BBQ Ribs. For the meat eaters at the table, we suggest our Hickory Grilled Tenderloin Filet. This 9 oz. Tenderloin steak with a Gorgonzola Bleu Cheese and Cabernet Sauce is served with redskin mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. It is best enjoyed with the Starmont Cabernet Sauvignon.
Prefer seafood or are you a Pescatarian? Try the Eastern Shore Style Crab Cakes. A half pound of a jumbo lump in two cakes seared to a golden brown. Served with a Dijon Mustard sauce, French Fries, and coleslaw. Its perfect companion is the Patz & Hall Chardonnay.
For the Vegetarians and Vegans joining us, we have a Fresh Vegetable Platter made of the Chef’s daily vegetable selections. Enjoy every veggie bite with a glass of Carmel Road’s Unoaked Chardonnay.

So, it’s no surprise that we are excited to welcome you, your family, and friends for Easter brunch on April 1st at Copper Canyon Grill or Stanford Grill. All the dishes that reach your table, belly, and heart are prepped each and every day by our amazing team. It’s our chefs, bakers, and other kitchen staff that bring the flavor to our restaurants. We pride in delivering fresh and made-from-scratch dishes to all of you, and making it happen requires a knowledgeable and energetic staff to take care of daily rituals that make these homemade dishes a reality. We reached out to one of our Stanford Grill chefs and asked him to share with us the daily tasks the kitchen does every day to prep for a day of cooking at our restaurants.
1. All steaks and seafood are hand-cut by our chefs. So, all those perfectly cut pieces on your dish or in your salad are actually cut by our team.
2. All desserts prepared in-house. We don’t outsource our desserts. We have our own bakers and dessert chefs that make those coveted desserts come to life.
3. In-house smoked salmon “the old fashioned way”. The smoked salmon on our appetizer menu is smoked in our kitchen and not someplace else. We receive our fresh salmon, cut it in-house, and smoke it just for you.
4. Slow cooked ribs roasted all night long. Our fall-off-the-bone ribs are so tender because we take the time to cook them to perfection.
5. Unique house-made spice blends. The spices we use to season our meals are combined and made by us to bring out the flavors of your favorite dishes.
6. Stanford steak sauce made in-house daily. Love our steak sauce? That’ll be us, too. Making our steaks a unique experience.
7. Cocktails made with fresh hand squeezed sour mix. The sour mix in our cocktails is also freshly made by us for better taste and less of all those artificial flavors.
