Stanford Kitchen Opens on Memorial Day

We are very excited for Memorial Day weekend. First, it’s the unofficial start of the summer so sunnier days are right around the corner. Second, we get an extra day to relax and enjoy ourselves. Lastly, we get to celebrate even more because it’s the opening of our new sister restaurant, Stanford Kitchen! Isn’t this a weekend for the books?

Want to join us in celebrating the long weekend and the opening of Stanford Kitchen? Stop on by on opening day, Monday, May 28th (that’s Memorial Day!) at 10997 Owings Mills Boulevard in Owings Mills, MD. Doors will open at 11:30 am and close at 10 pm. We will have a lunch menu available until 4 pm and then we will switch to a dinner menu until closing time. Refreshing cocktails and a nice selection of wines will also be available to get even more festive.

You’ll find the same friendly service and classic American, made from scratch dishes that distinguish us at our other restaurants, Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill. We couldn’t be more excited! Columbia, MD | National Cryptologic Museum: This National Security Agency’s museum highlights code-making artifacts and exhibits. The museum houses a collection of thousands of artifacts that collectively serve to sustain the history of the cryptologic profession.

Rockville, MD | Beall-Dawson Museum: A restored 19th-century abode built circa 1815 for Upton Beall and his wife and daughters. Beall, from a prominent Georgetown family, was Clerk for the Court of the county, and he wanted a home that would reflect his wealth and statues.

Here at the Blueridge Group, we have a deep respect and appreciation for the military and the people who serve their country. Mother’s Day ❤️

Our Mom’s gave birth to us, took care of us, believed in us, and showered us with love and appreciation. Even though we are true believers that every day should be Mother’s Day, we can’t deny that having a day to celebrate our Mothers is a great reminder and a beautiful occasion. This Mother’s Day (May 13th), treat Mom to a delicious outing at one of our restaurants.

Joining us for brunch? Stop by Copper Canyon Grill in Gaithersburg. We’ll have live Jazz music playing for the delight of all the Musical Moms out there. Mom can enjoy our Eggs Florentine, poached eggs topped with lump crab in a creamy sauce and sauteed spinach, served over a toasted English Muffin. She can also devour our Steak and Eggs that feature a 12 oz. prime rib alongside a beverage of her choice? Is she Team Mimosa or Team Bellini?

Prefer to sit down for dinner and cocktails? All out locations will feature a Watermelon Salad and pan-seared scallops with roasted cauliflower couscous with sauteed asparagus in lemon beurre blanc. Be sure to ask our servers the best wines to pair with these dishes!
