The weather is getting warmer, our patios are open and it’s time to soak in all the sunny days. As the weather gets nicer, salads and healthy options start getting popular so here’s a breakdown of our options in our 3 restaurants!
At Copper Canyon Grill, we have our infamous Rotisserie Chicken Salad, Wood Grilled Steak Salad, Thai Filet Noodle Salad, Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, Crab Cake Salad and more depending on each location. We can add extra ingredients and take our ingredients to satisfy any dietary restrictions.
We’ve got options for vegetarians, too, like our colorful Veggie Platter. We also accommodate to all vegetarians with delicious veggie-based options such as, veggie burgers, and salads that can be ordered without meat. We also have a gluten-free menu, made for all our health cautious and gluten-free customers.
Stanford Grill also offers an array of different salads and healthy options. Such as our Club Salad, Bravo Salad and more. All our salads have ingredients to make them hearty, delicious and filling. For all our vegan and vegetarian customers, we are more than happy to accommodate any of your dietary needs and preferences. Just ask your server!
At our newest restaurant Stanford Kitchen, our menu is similar to both Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill. One of our most popular salads is shown above, the Club Salad with Crispy chicken, mixed greens, avocado, tomato, Smokehouse bacon, mixed Jack and cheddar cheese, cornbread croutons, and honey chipotle dressing. We can also make this vegetarian! A must try that has no animal protein is our Wild Mushroom Meatloaf which is served with a Portobello Madeira wine sauce.
