Holiday Meals Are Here! Order Your Thanksgiving Dinner Today!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and our popular Holiday Meal is now available to pre-order online. You can order a full feast with your choice of either Traditional Turkey, 2 Rotisserie Chickens, or a Whole Seasoned Tenderloin of Beef. Each meal comes complete with 3 sides, a cornbread skillet, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy.

Each of our base meal options comes with enough food to feed a family of four. For larger family gatherings, you have the option of ordering multiple full meals, or adding on extra proteins, side dishes, or desserts from our a la carte options to add to your own celebration. 

Holiday Meals are designed to be reheated and served. Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance, then stored in a refrigerator until you are ready to serve using the simple reheating instructions provided.

Our Copper Canyon Grill Silver Spring location will be open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day! If you would like to join us for an unforgettable holiday experience, please call 301-589-1330 for reservations, or reserve your table online HERE.

We have added the option of a fully seasoned tenderloin of beef this year. In our meal packages, this will be the only item NOT pre-cooked. However, the tenderloin comes prepped with rosemary, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper season. Follow cooking instructions here. Just be sure to leave yourself some extra cooking time for this option!

The last day to order in time for Thanksgiving is Friday, November 19, 2021, at 4 p.m. EST. We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice between your order date and your pickup date. The online ordering form will give you the option to select which day you would like to pick your order up. We are accepting pickups every day from now through Wednesday, November 24, 2021. You can choose the time slot that works best for you between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your order on the date and time you have scheduled it, please call the restaurant to make schedule an alternative pickup date. If you are a Woodfire Club Member, be sure to add your account number to your ordering form so that you get your Woodfire points!

New Menu Items in Silver Springs!

After hours of taste testing, our chefs are proud to now feature our new menu items at Copper Canyon Grill in Silver Springs!

Our new menu items are all our Copper Canyon twists on our favorite American classics. Crisp Chicken & Waffles are awaiting your arrival. Hand buttermilk battered fried chicken breast served with homemade waffles, topped with whipped cream and fresh berries, who could resist?

One of our most flavorful additions, our Seafood Marinara. Handcrafted with the freshest seafood in Maryland, this is a must try when you stop by Copper Canyon in Silver Spring. Sauteed shrimp and scallops in a light marinara with penne pasta make this dish truly unique to our menu.

Savory and soaked in a rich marinara, our new Italian Meatballs make the perfect addition to any evening out with us. Served with crisp bread and enough to go around the whole table. You won’t regret ordering the Italian Meatballs as a starter!

Crispy Pork Shank has joined our menu and quickly become a crowd favorite here! Braised and deep fried, served with collard greens and redskin mashed potatoes. We finish it off with our house made pork gravy.  Stop by our Silver Springs location to give our new menu a try!

July 4th weekend is here! Summer BBQ’s and sunny weather have us planning ahead so we can indulge in our favorite holiday meals on Independence Day. What summer eats are you craving? If you need a few ideas, here’s what we’re cookin’ for the long weekend:

Our mouth watering ribs are always slow-cooked to be fall-off-the-bone tender. Now that grilling season has really started, BBQ is always on the menu!

For those who love an American staple, this coming Monday is the perfect time to dig into the classic Stanford Burger. Smothered in perfectly melted pepper jack cheese, we can never say no to this one!

Of course, we can’t forget something cold to drink. Both of these plates pair perfectly with a frosty pint – whatever your beer of choice is, join us in raising a glass to summer!

This week we asked you, our guests and friends, to tell us what Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill mean to you. Everyone who told us their story was entered to win a $50 gift card to our restaurants, and we were overwhelmed with the amazing response! We care deeply about the experience you get when joining us for a meal, from the greeting you get when you walk in the door all the way to your dessert, so it’s very important to us to hear from you about your personal experiences. A big thank you to all who entered and shared with us!

Spring Tequila Tasting

Warm weather is here and spring is on the way! What better way to celebrate than an exclusive tequila & food tasting?

Yes, you can treat yourself and still ‪#‎LoveYourHeart‬! February is American Heart Month and we have partnered with Adventist HealthCare to bring you a Heart Healthy menu to help you love your your heart. All this month, join us at our Gaithersburg and Silver Spring locations to try light, fresh plates like our Seared Ahi Tuna Salad with fresh field greens, mango, avocado, red peppers, and red onions with honey sesame vinaigrette on the side and pickled ginger and wasabi for garnish.

Our Heart Healthy menu has classic Copper Canyon Grill dishes like our famous Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken as well as new favorites like our Santa Fe Chicken Soup ladled over southwestern flavored basmati rice and loaded with vegetables, including zucchini, beef steak tomato, avocado and fresh cilantro with a squeeze of fresh lime. This full-flavored soup will warm you right up on these cold evenings!
