It was a close competition, but the winner of our #WorldBartenderDay Battle of the Bartenders is Summer from Copper Canyon Grill Silver Spring! Summer mixed up a refreshing and beautiful tequila cocktail called the Ancho Average Anejo to wow the crowd & take home the prize. Didn’t make it to the battle? Summer’s winning cocktail will be featured at all locations for the month of March, so come on by!

Ancho Average Anejo:
1 & 1/4 oz Milagro Anejo Tequila
1/4 oz Blood Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Ancho Chile Liqueur
Half an orange, squeezed
1 dash orange bitters
1/4 oz Agave nectar
Shake & strain into glass. Salt rim with orange peel for garnish. Enjoy!
