Make Our Mashed Potatoes at Home


Our restaurants are known for their classic dishes made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We take pride in the ingredients we choose and how we prep our entire menu, from appetizers to sides and desserts. We love it when you pay us a visit and leave satisfied, happy, and craving more. Recently, we had a guest from out of the United States reach out raving about how good our mashed potatoes are. We couldn’t have been happier to receive such a compliment! So, we decided to share the recipe here for you to recreate at home, especially for any of you that are not in Maryland or Orlando, FL.

Mashed Potatoes



  • 2 Pounds Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; mash until smooth.
  3. Serve topped with additional butter.

Hand breaded chicken breast is pan fried to perfection and topped with housemade tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. Served with a side of linguine topped with marinara and a side of sautéed spinach, this dish offers a little bit of everything. Have a friend who loves Italian food? Bring them along!
