Thanksgiving is right around the corner and our popular Holiday Meal is now available to pre-order online. You can order a full feast with your choice of either Traditional Turkey, 2 Rotisserie Chickens, or a Whole Seasoned Tenderloin of Beef. Each meal comes complete with 3 sides, a cornbread skillet, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy.

Each of our base meal options comes with enough food to feed a family of four. For larger family gatherings, you have the option of ordering multiple full meals, or adding on extra proteins, side dishes, or desserts from our a la carte options to add to your own celebration. 

Holiday Meals are designed to be reheated and served. Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance, then stored in a refrigerator until you are ready to serve using the simple reheating instructions provided

We have added the option of a fully seasoned tenderloin of beef this year. In our meal packages, this will be the only item NOT pre-cooked. However, the tenderloin comes prepped with rosemary, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper season. Follow cooking instructions here. Just be sure to leave yourself some extra cooking time for this option!

The last day to order in time for Thanksgiving is Friday, November 19, 2021, at 4 p.m. EST. We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice between your order date and your pickup date. The online ordering form will give you the option to select which day you would like to pick your order up. We are accepting pickups every day from now through Wednesday, November 24, 2021. You can choose the time slot that works best for you between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your order on the date and time you have scheduled it, please call the restaurant to make schedule an alternative pickup date. If you are a Woodfire Club Member, be sure to add your account number to your ordering form so that you get your Woodfire points!

Fresh Friday

It’s officially Summer, which is our favorite season because we can pick up fresh vegetables at local farm stands in the area and incorporate them into our dishes.

We are featuring Asparagus from Godfrey’s Farm through this weekend at Stanford Grill. Godfrey’s Vegetable Farm, located in Sudlersville, MD has been around for at least three generations providing hand-harvested produce to the community!

This week we asked you, our guests and friends, to tell us what Copper Canyon Grill and Stanford Grill mean to you. Everyone who told us their story was entered to win a $50 gift card to our restaurants, and we were overwhelmed with the amazing response! We care deeply about the experience you get when joining us for a meal, from the greeting you get when you walk in the door all the way to your dessert, so it’s very important to us to hear from you about your personal experiences. We will be sharing more of these stories in the coming weeks, but today are sharing thoughts from our two winners. Lisa had the following to say about what Copper Canyon Grill means to her:

Summer mixed up a refreshing and beautiful tequila cocktail called the Ancho Average Anejo to wow the crowd & take home the prize. Didn’t make it to the battle? Ancho Average Anejo:

1 & 1/4 oz Milagro Anejo Tequila

1/4 oz Blood Orange Liqueur

3/4 oz Ancho Chile Liqueur

Half an orange, squeezed

1 dash orange bitters

1/4 oz Agave nectar

Shake & strain into glass. Salt rim with orange peel for garnish. Enjoy!
