Sagamore Spirit Cocktail Dinner



Join us on August 31st in Columbia for an evening with cocktails & unique menu that you don’t want to miss!

Our own Chef Anthony has crafted a special three course menu for the evening to pair with Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey.

The first course will be a Caprese Napoleon, with fresh red & yellow tomatoes, flavorful burrata mozzarella, tossed arugula and finished off with a white balsamic and rye whiskey glaze.

The main course will feature a Grilled Local Rockfish served with a savory cauliflower puree, seared market-fresh asparagus and macerated berries to complete the plate.

Finishing off the night will be a sweet Butterscotch Flan paired with ripe blackberries and topped with caramel.

All month long we’re featuring a A 6oz center cut sirloin fillet, perfectly seasoned, then seared over hardwood and our house-made maitre d’ butter to top it off. Alongside the steak is our shrimp, cooked in butter, fresh garlic, zesty lemon juice and white wine.

Accompanying our steak and shrimp is a one pound loaded baked potato overflowing with all of your favorite toppings including butter, sour cream, smoked cheddar and monterey jack, market fresh scallions and crispy bacon.

Mark your calendars! We invite you to join our Copper Canyon Grill in Glendarden for a fun evening getting your tastebuds fired up at our Cigar and Bourbon tasting on Wednesday, August 3rd from 6:00 – 8:30pm.
The evening will start out with select cigars from Aphelion Cigar and the finest Woodford Reserve spirits. Our Executive Chef is preparing mouth-watering appetizers throughout the night as well.

Celebrate catching a character with our Charmandar Martini in Gaithersburg. A bold blend of Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, Blood Orange Liqueur, Tito’s handmade vodka, ginger beer and a splash of sour mix completes the beautiful drink.


Take a break and join us for a Bulbasaur out on the patio, you never know which Pokémon will pop up! Crafted with Bacardi lemon, Sour Apple Pucker, Blue Curacao, a splash of club soda and a hint of basil and mint, this is one satisfying drink after catching a Bulbasaur at Copper Canyon!

We had two of our best Bartenders create unique cocktails for our Silver Spring location. Our Pikachu Martini, made by Vanessa Nolan lives up to the legacy of the character! Kick up your hunt game a notch with Bartender, Myrus James’s Charmander Martini.

Of course we turned one of the most beloved characters into a drink! Mixed with smooth Milagro Silver, Liqueur 43, Mango liqueur and finished off with a sugar rim and cherry. Stop in for a Pikachu Martini in Silver Spring.


Reward yourself after catching a character with a Charmander Martini. Crafted with bold Fireball, strawberry liquor and sour mix, this martini is sure to be a great choice!

There is no better season for eating fresh greens than in the summertime. We pride ourselves on filling our salads with the best ingredients available for you to enjoy. Eating clean is always in style, which is why we offer a great selection of greens ranging from our flavorful Seared Ahi Tuna Salad to our Rotisserie Chicken Salad!

Our Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, available at both Copper Canyon and Stanford Grill, is sure to satisfy all the right tastebuds. Seared sesame crusted ahi tuna is accompanied by fresh field greens, mango, avocado, red peppers, red onions, and wonton strips tossed in our honey sesame vinaigrette. Garnished with pickled ginger and wasabi, this salad is a guest favorite!


We’ve overloaded our savory Bravo Salad, available at Stanford Grill, with rotisserie chicken, avocado, dates, goat cheese, roasted corn, and almonds. Enjoy out on our patio in Rockville to take dining with us this summer to the next level.
